Ruling on going to a masjid where the imamah seems to be ahlul biddah (~3 min cycle away) when you can go to salafi masjid (is about 3 times further). what about when ill and local masjid stops illness getting worse or healing delayed? or when jamaat timings not as convenient?

You can pray behind the people of bida' as long as it is mot kufir. If you are sick and this increases it, then pray jama'ah at home.
