I heard something from one of our mashayikh, but I’m not sure I understood it correctly, especially since I haven’t heard him mention it in other places. Should the elbows be kept fully straight in ruku, or is it fine to bend them?

Yes i heard it too, but what I know is that you can and i have seen 1 of our sheikhs in ruku he bends his elbows
