If I get semen on my clothes, is it suffiecient that i put it in the washing/drying machine without doing anything extra (and does the same apply with urine getting on clothes)?

Semen is pure, as for urine it is not pure and washing it in the washing machine is enough yes as there is enough water and drainage.
