Assalamualaikum warahmatullah.A page offering free PDFs of Darussalam Islamic books asked the publisher for permission but was denied. However, the same Islamic books are still available on other sites. Since Darussalam denied permission,is it permissible to use those free PDFs from other sources?

Ustadh AbdulAziz al-Haqqan

They denied as u said, so obviously they want u to buy them and they translated and published them so this is their effort
