أحسن الله اليكم My sister has severe eczema or psoriasis (not sure) but her skin peels, cracks and bleeds. It affects certain parts of her skin especially joint areas including the elbows. How should she perform wudhu for her elbow part? Like usual or is there a concession? بارك الله فيكم

If you are asking medically, then tou should ask a doctor, as for doing wudhu normally she can if the doctor allows it.
