Assalamu ‘Alaykum Ustadh may Allah bless you When I say Allah is above the throne, how should I respond to someone who says Allah isn’t bound by “directions” or “space”?

These are general and philosophical terms, like where is this claim in the quran and Sunnah. Also we say do u mean a created direction then yes we agree that he is above that but do u mean above all creation we say no u can't deny that cuz Allah said it Himself We will believe Him, not anybody else.
