Assalamuwalaikum Islamic Loan: 1. A person is tied(by contract) to purchase a specific home 2. Then the Bank Purchases the home and sells it to this person. Will this still be an Islamic home loan ? Jazakallahu Khairan.

But he has the ability to refuse and if he refuses then the bank does not force hin and they can sell it to someone else, this is Islamic.
