Imam Ibn Baz (may Allah have mercy on him) said: > "Yes, the Hajj is valid if you perform what Allah has prescribed; the Hajj is valid. However, you must repent to Allah for traveling without a mahram, because the Prophet ﷺ said: ‘A woman is not to travel except with a mahram.’ This applies to Hajj and other forms of travel." 🔹 Meaning: The woman’s Hajj is considered valid if all its required pillars and conditions are fulfilled. However, traveling without a mahram is a sin and requires repentance, as it contradicts the command of the Prophet ﷺ.
