As-Salam Alykoum. I work at a clothing store and we have something called Lay-Away, where the customers pick out what they want and they have it store in the store and they get it once they pay it fully. There is no riba, but we charge a $5 Fee once you put the Lay-Away in. Is charging fee haram?
