I started my first sharh of the 40 Hadith of Nawawi with Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen’s explanation from this academy. I didn’t write down the balagah points since I didn’t understand them - only the basic meaning (normal sharh of the hadiths). Is that enough for a first sharh and is his sharh a good start?
