Ahsanallahu Ilaikum virtuous ustadh. JazakAllah Khair Is it permissible to apply alcohol-based medicine or nutrients on the face or body to treat pain, wounds (open/closed), scars, or wrinkles? We don’t drink it, but in open wounds it may enter the bloodstream. % alcohol maybe high.

In the "Open Meeting" series, Shaykh Ibn ʿUthaymīn (may Allah have mercy on him) said: > "If the percentage of alcohol or cologne in the perfume is small, then there is no harm in it, no problem with it, and no need for concern. But if the percentage is large, then it is better to avoid it unless there is a need — such as a person needing to disinfect a wound or something similar." End of quote.
