السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته For Istinja does the water have to be poured over the entire private part or only the place where urine comes out? Sometimes I pour water with my hand however it isnt poured over the entire private part; only the upper portion, then i rub the rest is this valid?

Thr upper portion is enough akhi, and there is no need to rub just washing is enough.
