I know of some brothers who’ve established their own Qiyyam which they pray every friday night, in congregation, at the masjid, outside of Ramadan. They do not claim it’s part of the “Shariah”, yet they still advertise this Qiyyam to the locals. Is this permissible, or is this a kind of bid’ah?
