Ustad, Are prize draws halal If there is no entry fees and you can win a physical prize?

2 saying for the people of ilm, the jumhoor see that it is forbidden, others see that they are allowed, amongst them, Imam Ibn Uthaymeen as long as it doesnt contain something forbidden in it. Allah knows best.
