أحسن الله إليك أستاذنا Ustadh here we have Isha jamaaah around 10 55 (isha begins 10 mins earlier) and fajr jamaa'ah at 4.50 Nights are getting shorter and I keep missing Fajr. -Is it permisssible to pray isha at home and sleep immediately - can I combined maghrib & isha at maghrib time

Yes u can and then sleep immediately and wake up for Fajr before shurooq and pray it.
