Ahsanallahu ilaykum I always get thoughts that my marriage is Batil i Research an some say its valid then i again get it if i ignore this thought and in the end Allah didnt accept it is there something on me?

What do u mean? If there is a real ussue then seek a mufti. If u suffer from waswas then seek medical help may Allah protect us and u.
