السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته I woke up 5 minutes after adhan (and there is 20 minutes left for iqama) then I said to myself I wanted to rest maybe for 2-3 minutes then I slept till after fajr (after sunrise). Is this a major sin or kufr? I intended to just rest for a bit then wake up

No not major kufr but put more than 1 alarm as this is human nature so thay it jeeps waking u up.
