AssalamuAlaykum After giving the Salam to the right side I was turning my head to the left and was saying the Salam but while saying the Salam my tongue got twisted so I couldn’t finish saying it completely.So when my head fully reached the left side I just said the Salam again. Is my prayer valid?

Yes, and u might be suffering from waswas so u should look into it may Allah protect us and u.
