When we say the Qur'an was spoken with letters, words, and a voice by Allah to Jibril, do we believe the same about the other books or did Allah reveal them in a different way?

We studied this and said the evidence for this is the following ayah: "Do you (faithful believers) covet that they will believe in your religion in spite of the fact that a party of them (Jewish rabbis) used to hear the Word of Allah (the Torah), then they used to change it knowingly after they understood it?" [Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:75]
