Assalamu alaykum I was disobedient to my father and I regret it extremely. Please tell me what are the exact steps that I have to take so Allah forgives me and does not punish me for that and accepts my Tawbah. I am really afraid of the consequences.

Repent, show ur father ur remorse, and ask him for forgiveness, and if it was that bad maybe have ur uncles or mother also come with u and ease his heart.
