May Allah be good to you, Ustadh. Is it still required/recommended to relieve oneself before prayer if one has a condition (possibly temporary, in shā’ Allāh, due to meds or other causes) that makes them need the restroom right after eating/drinking, even a little? Barak Allāhu fīkum.

Sure as long as u struggle during the salah holding what u need to relieve urself from.
