Nowadays a lot of people think being a professional fighter makes you a real man, it makes you a warrior and it’s the epitome of bravery and manhood. In doing so people have made these fighters their role models. I have also been influenced by this way of thinking sheikh and what advice do you give?

‎Strength in Islam is not overpowering people. The Prophet ﷺ‎ said the strong one is not the one who throws others down in wrestling, but the one who controls himself when angry (agreed upon). Professional fighting built on harming the opponent and striking the face is not allowed, so it cannot be the measure of manhood. Your role model is the Prophet ﷺ‎ and his Companions.
