I want to borrow money from my brother (disbeliever).I am afraid he says no, so: If he helps me, he can pick the 1 property he prefers from the 2 my father inherits us. (He prefers it because it is easier to handle and better distributed,but not because its worth more.) Is that offer forbidden/riba?
