Wearing trousers below ankle for men prohibited or Makruh ?

‎It is forbidden, even without arrogance, and with arrogance the sin is greater, as Shaykh Ibn Baz and Shaykh Ibn Uthaymin said, because the Prophet ﷺ‎ said that whatever of the lower garment is below the ankles is in the Fire (al-Bukhārī).
