السلام عليكم Ustadh, my ex husband is using western court against me to get 50/50 custody of a minor child, they ordered evaluation so I will have to speak to a male disbelieving man alone due to that, will the sin be upon him for that ? Or will I be sinful for it ? Jazak allahu khairan

Try to bring someone with you and if that is not allowed, there is nothing on you. Also if you can choose a female to carry it out that is best.
