Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. Can Surah ad Duha used for evidence that Allah subhanu wataala watches over us and provides for us and that we should not grieve?

We can derive some of these meanings as, the Prophet is our role model and Allah is the Most Merciful and we follow his guidance.
