Sheikh, when making wudu do we have to reach for the faucet/wash each part of the body? Or if our prior part we washed is wet/ hands still wet, can we proceed without getting more water.

Washing means water running over the whole limb, so yes reach out and wash the limb. As for passing a wet hand over it is not enough.
