Assalamu 3alaykum Does the ruling of negligible amounts apply when we know it's present, or after realizing it? For example, something that prevents water from reaching the skin, if I know it's present, and I see it, but it's negligible, Am I allowed to ignore it? Baaraka Allahu Feek
