Ustadh ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ What advice would you give someone who wants to improve in certain areas (better manners, having more tawakkul) and who has a bit of knowledge about it but has trouble putting it into practice and keeps falling back into old habits?

Imam Ibn Baz said the greatest means is to ask Allah sincerely to guide you to good manners, then keep righteous company and strive against yourself with patience until it becomes your habit. Whenever you slip, repent again, and keep doing a little consistently, because the most beloved deeds to Allah are the most constant even if small (al-Bukhārī).
