When younger spent years scamming thousands of random people online violating their honor, deeply harming them. Most of them kuffar & rarely some Muslims. I repented a lot & asked Allah to compensate them with something better than my suffering, so that I wont be punished for it. Is this sufficient?

Repentance alone is not enough where people’s money was taken. Return what you took to those you can reach and ask them to forgive you unless there is risk on you in doing so then just return what you have took. As for those you cannot reach, give it in charity on their behalf with sincere repentance, and if you find them one day and they still want their rights back you pay it again and return their rights to them. Where the exact amount is unknown, go by what you most likely took.
