السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته In germany where a lot of people give durus but the manhaj of the sururiyyah is spread widely is it right to be highly sceptical before attending a lesson of someone whos name is not known or who he learned from? Or should one go and learn until he hears bad from him?

You are correct. Yes, you make sure first that he is upon the correct manhaj. Why would you seek knowledge from him without knowing what manhaj he is upon, if he is somebody to truly take knowledge from or not, and what his aqeedah is, etc.?
