Tahāra is معنوية and حسية so why is حدث in category of حسية if its only an impurity in meaning (cant touch/see it)? Is it because it can be lifted by something physical (water/dirt) ? So its physical in regards of the مطهر that lifts it? Or is it because smth physical causes hadath (like urine) ?

Hadath is your state, and of course, when you break your purity, you break it physically. However, I fail to see how this is something that is very important to spend time on that is beneficial to us in our ibadah and our life. May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala reward you.
