Assalamu Alaikum, Ustadh what are the ties of kinship, so that we can keep the ties of kinship? Barakallahu feekum.

Imam Ibn Baz said all relatives are kept, and the nearer the relative the more binding the tie: parents first, then children, siblings, and so on. There is no fixed form or time; it goes by custom, through kind words, salam, visiting the sick, calls, and helping those in need, even if they cut you off.
