used to listen to Surah Yusuf a lot repeatedly when I went through something horrible being plotted against and betrayed by a group. Whenever I think back to the Surah, I get scary flashbacks feel anxious like I’m there again, so I get scared to listen to it. Should I listen anyways or other surahs?
