Yes. Imam Ibn Baz said that if they repent, Allah accepts their repentance and the door of repentance is open. Allah Jalla wa ʿAlā (the Majestic and Exalted) excepts from the punishment of the hypocrites those who repent, mend their ways, hold fast to Allah and make their religion sincerely for Him.
