Is it correct to say, "do not go to khutbah of ahlul bid'ah and if there is no other khutbah available then go to the masjid and pray 2 raka'aat for jumu'ah with jama'ah but do not listen to khutbah"? This Khateeb insulted Sh. Rabee on the mimbar after his death and openly insults salafis and rulers

If there is another masjid whose khatib is upon the Sunnah, go there, even if it is further. If there is none, pray Jumuʿah behind him as long as his innovation does not take him out of Islam, and attend the khutbah, because listening to it is obligatory.
