It seemed I was missing sock so sent laundry service a pic of sock to ask if it's with them.They said "I think this one is yours as its the only one that looks like that in the box" I doubt they asked others if they lost similar sock also,so is it ok for me to accept this sock that looks like mine?

If it is the same then in sha'a Allah it is allowed. Also it is their responsibility to check and tell u. Also you can tell if it is or not.
