Should he follow the timetable for the prayers of this mosque or should he look for an Salafi App? (He is Hanbali and want to follow the time conditions of the Hanabilah)

The imam being Ashari does not make the timetable wrong, and prayer behind him is valid. What matters is the time itself. If the mosque prays after the time has truly entered, pray with them. If it is known that they pray before the time, rely on a trustworthy timetable and pray at the correct time
