I need more information. Those who work at night can still pray Dhuhr in congregation once they wake up with their family or someone else. If the masjid is very close by, arrange your sleep and set an alarm for it. If you take the means and sleep still overcomes you, you are excused and pray when you wake, but planning to sleep through it is problematic on the saying that it is mandatory to be prayed in the masjid for those close to the masjid. You can also pray it and go back to sleep, there are many options here, therefore I need more information regarding your situation. As for the money, return it in any way that reaches the owner, through someone else, by post, or as a gift, without saying why. Taking it before puberty was not a sin, but returning it is still owed.
