Is it a Sunnah to greet with assalamualaikum and shake hands to brothers to your left and right in the row after the iqama and before the prayer has started?

Shaking hands is Sunnah when you meet someone. However, if you already greeted him, or it becomes a fixed routine with whoever stands beside you after the iqama, then it is not from the Sunnah.
