السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته احسن الله اليك You said that watching 1 lesson a day of Ilm is too less, I agree, my job is very time consuming and I have a lot of priorities at the minute, also I seek ilm by memorizing Quran and mutoon not just durus, is this effective?

The most important thing is that you attend lessons and seek knowledge. Concentrate in memorizing the quran and sunnah only. As for mutoon study them and revise. This is sufficient in sha'a Allah.
