AhsanAllahu Ilaykum Who is considered a fasiq? Would someone who’s a student of knowledge and tries to improve themselves but free mixes with people like in laws and coworkers be considered a fasiq? Also could a fasiq give the call to prayer?

It seems to me that you might be suffering from waswas, therefore, I advise you to stay away from that which is forbidden and not give in to compulsive thoughts.
