Asalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh I am having my Nikkah done and my question is that do I have to buy her an expensive ring or a simple one or this isn’t part of the Sunnah or may I just bring some flowers and a special type of musk in a nice box

if it is copying the disbelievers in their customs of wedding rings etc, then stay away, but if it is just a piece of jewelry like a necklace or something else as part of the dowry then it is no probem in sha'a Allah.
