As salam alikum, I am in a mixed school with men and women, and women wear extremely tight shirts. heavy makeup and spray alot of perfume. I live in a Islamic gulf country, and this is against the school code and the Sharia. Is it mandatory for me to report on them?

‎If this is a violation of what the authorities have allowed, then yes you can report. Also if you are able of finding another school that is suitable for you, then move there.
