Assalamualaikum wrahmatullah wbarakatuhu , Is it allowed to buy anything on such emi where when the interest is added , price gets lower than without adding the interest & it also mentioned that all of the interest amount will be returned to the buyer as discount offer ?

‎If a bank or finance company pays the seller and you repay them with interest, this is riba, even if the seller gives you the interest back as a discount, because you still entered a loan with interest.
