As Salam alykum, what should a mother do if the sharia council and many ppl of knowledge have advised the custody stays with the mother but the dad is dragging her and the kids to the court in a western country and the kids are suffering because of this ? Barak allahu feek !

When there is no Shari’ah court and the right cannot be reached otherwise, you can take action according to only what the Shari’ah allows, and only that may be taken, as the scholars have mentioned.
