أحسن الله إليكم شيخنا I go to an all boys school, but there is mixed staff. I do not have a very clear image of how my female teachers' faces look like because I lower my gaze always in the school. Is anything wrong with this? (This is north western Europe)

If there aren't any schools with no female staff at all, then this is the best choice for you at the moment and what you are doing is what is mandatory upon you from lowering your gaze.
