السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته احسن الله إليكم Shiekh my mother الله يحفظها is Shia. She requests for me to take her for her first umrah but im unsure on what to do since she will not carry out acts of worship according to the sunnah. What is your advice for me? جزاك الله خيرا

Be kind to her and keep her company in what is good, as the scholars said about parents who are Shia, while calling her to Allah gently and making dua for her guidance.
