Assalam alaykum ustaadth. If someone has committed disgusting sins in his life and done thulm on people, but has made tawbah and also given people their rights back when necessary, can this persons life/risq still be afflicted negatively? How to reverse it if so?

Sincere repentance with returning people's rights wipes out the sin. Keep up taqwa and istighfar, for Allah Jalla wa ʿAlā says, the meaning of which is: Whoever fears Allah, He will make a way out for him and provide for him from where he does not expect.
